Irene is a senior organisational designer and consultant with 30 years of experience from roles in consulting, teaching and facilitation, including positions in MindUp, KPMG and Canoe. She works at the intersection of learning, organisational development and strategy, helping leaders and teams design better ways of working and build capabilities that last over time.

• Design and facilitation of learning and development programmes for leaders and employees, with a strong focus on practical tools, reflection and transfer to everyday work
