With a rich background in consulting, I bring extensive experience from my work with MindUp, KPMG, and Koriander, as well as years of teaching at BI (Norwegian Business School) and serving on various boards. At MindUp, I specialized in team development programs designed to cultivate a strong performance culture through relationship building, communication training, innovation, and strategic thinking.

In addition to my consulting work, I held leadership roles, including the position of regional bank manager at Sparebank1-Sr-bank. During my tenure as a lecturer at BI, I focused on subjects such as self-leadership, coaching, and change management, contributing to the growth and development of many professionals.
