Shin is a senior designer and facilitator with over 13 years of experience in brand development, digital product design and experience design across Southeast Asia and Europe. She combines design leadership, visual communication and facilitation to help teams and organisations create clarity in complex environments and translate strategy into concrete services, tools and experiences.
