Anders is a multi-disciplinary designer and facilitator with over 17 years of experience across digital design, service design, leadership and transformation in both private and public sector organisations. He has a broad academic background in sociology, philosophy, communication, organisation and leadership, and is particularly driven by helping organisations handle uncertainty, build psychological safety and create value in complex environments.

Annie is a senior service designer with 15 years of experience in service development and change processes across private and public sector. She combines systemic thinking, strong visualisation skills and hands-on facilitation to build shared understanding and drive implementation in complex stakeholder landscapes.

Tina is an organisational designer with over 20 years of experience in developing products, services and organisations across public and private sectors, with particular focus since 2019 on strategic organisational development, service innovation and leadership as a tool for addressing complex societal challenges. He combines strategy with hands-on delivery, using UX, UI, agile methodologies, storytelling, communications, and design thinking to develop data journeys, prototypes, digital innovation, and organisational change, focusing on the energy sector and decarbonisation.

Mats is a co-founder of Canoe and a service and UX designer with 12 years of experience designing digital products and services across finance, energy, healthcare and public sector organisations. He is trained as an industrial designer from NTNU and works with iterative design methodology, always including users, customers and colleagues in the process, specialising in building bridges between understanding today's service and creating tomorrow's desired experience.

Anders is a senior consultant and co-founder of Canoe with more than 19 years of experience from design and leadership roles in complex private and public organisations. He combines industrial design, engineering and top-level sports experience with a strong focus on building effective teams, structures and ways of working that deliver measurable results.

Trond is a co-founder of Canoe and a service designer with 15 years of experience designing products, services and organisations for public and private clients. He combines passionate user experience design with transformation and behaviour change, drawing on his background as a trained musician and actor to lead learning and cultural development initiatives. Trond has held leadership roles as Regional Director at EGGS Design and CEO at Canoe, working across health, public sector, mobility, energy and larger cultural institutions such as theatres and museums.

Irene is a senior organisational designer and consultant with 30 years of experience from roles in consulting, teaching and facilitation, including positions in MindUp, KPMG and Canoe. She works at the intersection of learning, organisational development and strategy, helping leaders and teams design better ways of working and build capabilities that last over time.
