    2 day course in agile ways of working.
    Learn the core principles and practices of agile ways of working. Cadence, prioritisation, flow and feedback. We translate agile thinking into your reality, whether you work in product, operations or public services.Participants leave with simple tools for structuring work in iterations, running better stand‑ups and retros, and using visual boards and experiments to create progress instead of waiting for perfect plans.

  • Design Thinking

    Solve problems with people at the centre

    2 day course for up to 30 people.

    Get a practical introduction to design thinking as a way to understand users, frame problems and test solutions quickly. We work through real cases from your organisation.

    You learn methods for insight work, journey mapping, idea generation and prototyping, and how to use them to improve services, processes and collaboration in your own area.

    Create rooms where people dare to speak up

    A workshop for leaders and teams who want more openness, learning and honest dialogue. We translate research on psychological safety into simple practices you can use in daily collaboration.

    Through reflection, role‑plays and real examples, participants identify what helps and harms safety in their own context and agree on a few concrete changes they will make together.

  • Feedback & Creative Conflict

    Talk about what really matters

    Help teams and leaders give clear feedback, disagree constructively and use tension to improve decisions instead of avoiding it. We work with your real situations, not generic cases.

    Participants practise specific tools and phrases, experiment with new ways of handling disagreement, and leave with shared rules of engagement for tougher conversations.

  • Team Alignment

    Get everyone pulling in the same direction

    A focused workshop to align a team on purpose, priorities and ways of working. We clarify what success looks like, who owns what, and how decisions and communication should flow.

    By the end, the team has a simple, shared picture of where they are going, what each person is responsible for, and a few concrete adjustments to how they work together.
