Annie Hjelmervik
Annie is a senior service designer with 15 years of experience in service development and change processes across private and public sector. She combines systemic thinking, strong visualisation skills and hands-on facilitation to build shared understanding and drive implementation in complex stakeholder landscapes.

- Service design and systemic design for new services. From rapid design sprints and experiments to multi-year roadmaps and implementation
- Supporting long-term adoption- and change processes by designing for change willingness and capability
- User involvement and insight work with all layers of an organisation, including end-users and vulnerable groups. With a particular experience from health and public sector and a strong emphasis on trust, communication and safe participation
- Facilitation of cross-sector collaboration, behavioral and cultural change related to implementing new services in large organisations, including connecting design processes to political and organisational goals to secure momentum over time
