Morten is a senior consultant and founder of Canoe with over 20 years of experience in strategy, organisational development and service design for complex private and public organisations. He combines strategic design, systemic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with a strong focus on securing buy-in from leadership, operations, and frontline teams.
