Tina Grønnevik
Tina is an organisational designer with over 20 years of experience in developing products, services and organisations across public and private sectors, with particular focus since 2019 on strategic organisational development, service innovation and leadership as a tool for addressing complex societal challenges. She has held key roles in projects for the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten), Stavanger Municipality and Stavanger University Hospital, developing leadership development frameworks and improving services and user experiences.

- Strategic organisational development, leadership and change management, developing and implementing frameworks for leadership development and new ways of working in the public sector, leading large cross-functional processes with broad involvement and solid anchoring
