Job Description

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should:

Drive client presentations and discussions
Creative conception/design
Lead project meetings
Multitask several projects
Workshop facilitation, workshop facilitation, workshop facilitation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a senior position
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Addicted to staying ahead of best practices, design methodologies and trends
Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complexity to simplexitity
Comfortable with ambiguity
Agile methodologies
AI toolkits for project research
Proficiency in tools such Figma, Miro and a Sharpie
Fluent in a Scandinavian language
Have a local client network in Stavanger or nationally
