What it does

The GROW framework has been around for decades, developed from coaching practice by the late Sir John Whitmore. GROW stands for Goal, Reality, Options, and Will Do. A simple structure, but one that consistently works.

We've adapted it into a collaborative canvas designed for team use. Not just individual coaching, but group alignment. The canvas walks teams through defining what they're aiming for, understanding honestly where they are now, exploring the options available, and committing to specific action.

It's collaborative, time-boxed, and designed to keep energy high and thinking sharp.

The CORE Canvas (our previous template) was about building great teams. This one is about putting great teams to work.
