Welcome, Tina Grønnevik: Canoe's New Organisational Paddler
Trond Dagsland

Some additions to a team feel right immediately. This is one of them.
We're delighted to welcome Tina Grønnevik as Canoe's new Organisational Paddler.
Who Tina is
Tina brings over 20 years of experience in developing products, services, and organisations. Her recent work has focused on strategic organisational development, service innovation, and leadership as a practical tool for addressing complex challenges in the public sector.
She's worked at Skatteetaten, Stavanger Kommune, and Stavanger University Hospital, among others. In each of those organisations, she has built trust, opened honest conversations, and created the kind of learning environments where people grow. That doesn't happen by accident. It takes skill, patience, and a genuine belief in people.
What she brings to Canoe
Tina is recognised for two things above all: her ability to build trust across complex stakeholder landscapes, and her commitment to inclusion as a practical value, not just a stated one. She's a board member of FRÆND, an organisation focused on employment and language training for people from multicultural backgrounds.
That combination of strategic thinking, hands-on facilitation, and human warmth makes her a natural fit for Canoe's way of working.
Outside the studio
When she's not leading large organisational change programmes, Tina can be found on the beaches of Jæren. Sometimes on the dunes, sometimes in the sea.
We're thrilled to have her on board. The crew just got stronger. Learn more about Tina here.
